Arrow Senior Living manages a collection of senior living communities that offer varying levels of care including independent living, assisted living, and memory care in 34 properties currently in 6 states (Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Illinois, Ohio, Arkansas) and employs nearly 2,200 employees. Care Partner responsible for creating human connection with residents, being present and sharing talents, creating an inclusive and positive environment, being curious and engaged in development, and proactively assisting residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. Must be at least 18 years old with high school diploma, positive attitude, computer skills, physical capability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and assistance with resident sitting, standing, walking, and fall support.
