Arrow Senior Living manages a collection of senior living communities that offer varying levels of care including independent living, assisted living, and memory care in 34 properties currently in 6 states (Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Illinois, Ohio, Arkansas) and employs nearly 2,200 employees. Memory Care Support Partner position offering full-time employment at The Boulevard Senior Living in St. Charles, Missouri, with a shift schedule of Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00pm to 7:00am, starting wage of $18.00-$21.00 per hour, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Responsibilities include serving as an advocate of empathy, creating human connection with residents, observing and understanding residents' needs, setting up the physical environment for resident success, partnering with residents throughout their daily life, documenting resident care, and assisting with team member orientation. Requirements include being at least 18 years old, possessing a high school diploma or equivalent, fluency in English, positive attitude, computer skills, physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop, capacity to lift up to 50 pounds, ability to assist residents with mobility, and criminal clearance.
