Meadowview Memory Care and Pine Valley Assisted Living facilities are senior living communities supported by RSP Senior Living, a local, family-owned business operating for 50+ years, offering comprehensive services including activities of daily living assistance, personal hygiene care, patient monitoring, comfort services, and professional training for certified nursing assistants. Provides for activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding patients as necessary and ambulating, turning, and positioning patients; and providing fresh water and nourishment between meals. Takes care of patients' personal hygiene by assisting with or giving bed baths, showers; toileting by offering bedpans and walking patients to the toilet; providing skin care and keeping patients clean at all times; dressing routines. Maintains patient stability by checking vital signs and weight; testing urine and recording intake and output information. Provides patient comfort by utilizing resources and materials; transporting patients; answering patients' call lights and requests; and reporting observations of the patient to nursing supervisor. Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records. Participates in all training and continuing education.
