Wellness Nurse Manager position at The Boulevard Senior Living in St. Charles, Missouri. This PRN role involves serving as a superior supervisor in charge of the building during the absence of department heads, leading the Wellness team, providing direct hands-on nursing care including medication passes, performing resident assessments and documentation, and ensuring person-centered care. The position requires a current LPN or RN license in good standing, knowledge of care standards and medication regulations, ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds, and a positive attitude toward residents. The starting wage is $32.00-$35.00 per hour with a flexible schedule and one Saturday or Sunday on-call shift per month.
