Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for ensuring staff follow care plans, charting on residents, working within scope of license, assisting in dining during meals, providing all nursing care during shift, supervising nursing staff and nursing assistants, providing education and guidance, taking and transcribing medical orders, maintaining professional relationships with medical professionals, and performing other assigned duties. Full-time position, 11p-7a shift, Monday-Friday with rotating weekends.
