The Resident Care Associate (RCA) is responsible for providing general non-certified routine services in accordance with the established procedures and may be directed by your supervisors. This role specifically supports our Assisted Living, AL Memory Care and Independent Living residents. Key Responsibilities include assisting with housekeeping and laundry services, providing resident assistance with activities of daily living including hygiene care and bathing, assisting with meal service, answering residents call lights promptly, ensuring frequent checks on residents unable to call for help, assisting clinical staff to make residents comfortable, and assisting with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.
