The MDS Coordinator (RN)(LPN) position involves having a thorough understanding of RAI process regulations, participating in pre-admission processes, collaborating with nursing leadership on documentation, managing MDS assessments and coding, conducting staff training on RAI procedures, analyzing quality and reimbursement reports, maintaining clinical software proficiency, ensuring resident safety and care plan compliance, and communicating with various departments regarding MDS, quality measures, and reimbursement matters.
