The facility employs Certified Medical Technicians who provide medication administration and supportive care to residents under nursing staff direction, incorporating the philosophy and mission of quality care with total regard for individual human dignity. The CMT provides medication administration to residents under the direction of the nursing staff. Provides supportive and functional care to residents with routine daily care in accordance with established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance, safety, environmental and infection control standards. The CMT acts with integrity and in the best interest of St. Agnes Home and identifies instances of non-compliance and takes appropriate action.
