Licensed Practical Nurse-Charge Nurse position at Harmony Trace Assisted Living in Hilliard, OH. The LPN Charge Nurse makes observations on an advanced level, reports and records observations appropriately, forms nursing judgments and carries out nursing actions based upon understanding of scientific principles. Essential functions include supervising and directing nursing care in compliance with facility policies, making advanced-level observations, following nursing standards, performing daily rounds, developing care plans, managing medications, supervising nursing assistants, communicating professionally, documenting resident information, adhering to resident rights, and ensuring resident safety and compliance with policies.
