The Caregiver is responsible for assisting residents in their daily living activities while maintaining resident dignity and respect in accordance with all policies, procedures, regulations and guidelines. Responsibilities include performing regular safety checks on residents, assisting and encouraging residents in their daily living activities, reading and following care plans, transporting residents, cleaning and completing laundry, charting and documenting information, responding promptly to resident alerts, complying with Clearwater Living standards and regulations, displaying a positive and professional image, representing Clearwater Living principles and core values, and performing other duties as assigned or required.
