Job Description

A healthcare facility providing residential nursing care with assigned nursing supervisors, charge nurses, and administrators that employs CNAs to deliver routine daily nursing care and services to residents in accordance with their assessment and care plans, maintaining confidentiality of protected health information and following established policies and procedures. The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors. Essential duties include identifying residents before administering treatments, reporting changes in resident condition, recording entries on flow sheets, reporting accidents and incidents, assisting residents with daily functions including dental care, bathing, dressing, lifting, turning, and positioning, maintaining confidentiality of resident information, and ensuring residents' personal care needs are met including food and fluid intake monitoring and pressure area observation.
