Laguna Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center is a skilled nursing facility that provides routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, with a focus on treating each resident with kindness, dignity, and respect while maintaining comprehensive nursing services including vital sign monitoring, wound care, catheter insertion, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. The Licensed Vocational Nurse will provide each resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, treating each resident with kindness, dignity and respect while performing essential duties including checking vital signs, dressing wounds, inserting catheters, performing accurate charting of resident progress notes, timely reporting of changes in resident condition, assisting and supervising CNAs, monitoring residents at risk for falls, collecting lab samples, and abiding with all facility policies and procedures.
