The role involves ensuring quality nursing care to all residents, evaluating resident care needs, implementing clinical programs, conducting staff meetings, managing nursing service budgets and personnel, supervising scheduling and hiring of employees, maintaining compliance with regulations, and assuming administrative duties in the absence of the Executive Director.
