A dedicated and experienced Memory Care Coordinator / Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join the team in Westerville, OH, responsible for coordinating all aspects of the Memory Care program, ensuring proper staffing levels and scheduling, monitoring resident behaviors and medication changes, maintaining accurate assessments, evaluating nursing staff skills, training and mentoring nursing staff in memory care best practices, maintaining communication with family members, coordinating with third-party vendors, and supervising resident daily activities including meals, showers, clothing changes, room cleanliness, and laundry status, with work hours on-site Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, one weekend per month, and other hours as needed.
