Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) work alongside fellow caregivers to provide each of your residents with daily nursing care and services based on the resident's plan of care and individual needs. CNAs also provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement to our residents. Key Responsibilities include helping residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed; observing and reporting changes in residents' condition and making independent decisions when needed; collaborating with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being; providing companionship, compassion and encouragement to residents; and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
