Responsibilities include assisting residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting; transferring residents to and from activities and meals according to their individual service plans; serving meals to residents in the dining room or their apartments; recording and reporting changes in residents' eating habits to supervisor; and promoting quality services within company, state and federal regulations. Qualifications require current CA nursing assistant certification, current CPR and first aid certifications a plus, and minimum of 1 year experience in a skilled nursing facility, acute care setting, or in-patient rehabilitation or in-patient behavioral health setting.
