Registered Nurse (RN) needed for premier nursing facility. Provides leadership for nursing staff and guidance in the care of patients/residents' care and services in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, the resident's assessment and company policies. Collaborates with attending physicians to provide patient care, oversees and directs L.V.N.s, C.N.A.s and other clinical support persons in performing nursing procedures and treatments, reviews nurses' notes for accuracy, administers treatments and medications, interprets diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' conditions, and collaborates with nursing staff to create a Plan of Care for patients.
