We are looking for a reliable LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to care for our residents in a professional and considerate manner. You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse. LPN professionals must be first and foremost qualified and compassionate. The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing diverse basic care to those who need it while remaining patient and calm. It is a demanding job but also very rewarding. Responsibilities include recording patient medical history, taking vital signs, observing patients under treatment, monitoring conditions, assisting residents in daily activities, administering medications, collecting lab samples, providing emotional support, and communicating with patients' families. Required skills include proven LPN experience, ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, knowledge of safety and sanitation standards, understanding of confidentiality obligations, excellent communication skills, compassion, stress management ability, and successful completion of LPN license program.
