Job Description
Imperial Care Center is a dedicated Alzheimer's Dementia Care Facility, offering a high quality of life provided by specially trained, Loving Care Givers for people with memory loss. Provide leadership and supervision to certified nursing assistants. Oversee the care and wellbeing of residents. Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician. Complete charting and treatment plans/physician orders. Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required. Make rounds with physicians as requested/necessary. Orient and welcome new residents and families. Maintain knowledge of Point Click Care (PCC). Perform other duties as assigned.
