Dedicated and experienced Manager on Duty (MOD) to provide leadership and oversight of daily operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, effective leadership, and a thorough understanding of long-term care and assisted living environments. This role is essential in maintaining high standards of resident care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive and collaborative team culture. Responsibilities include overseeing and coordinating day-to-day operations during assigned shifts, providing hands-on leadership and support to nursing and ancillary staff, monitoring and ensuring quality resident care, addressing and resolving resident/family/staff concerns, serving as the on-site clinical leader and decision-maker, and promoting a safe, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
