Job Description
A facility that provides nursing care to residents in accordance with federal, state and local standards and regulations, offering services including daily nursing care, feeding, grooming, bathing, mobility assistance, and transportation for meals and activities, with staff required to maintain HIPAA confidentiality standards and follow infection control policies. The Certified Nurse Assistant will provide each resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with the residents assessment plan, including answering call lights, assisting with feeding and grooming, helping residents with mobility, transporting residents, reporting changes in resident condition, protecting resident confidentiality, and following all facility policies and infection control procedures.
