Job Description
Artesia Palms Care Center is a care facility hiring CNAs to provide hands-on care to residents including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding, taking vital signs, assisting with rehabilitation services, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Provide hands-on care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Take vital signs and document them in the resident's medical record. Assist with rehabilitation services, including physical therapy and occupational therapy. Document care plans and updates in the resident's medical record. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Respond to residents' requests and needs in a prompt and professional manner. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care and support.
