Artesia Palms Care Center is a 296 secured bed skilled nursing facility located in Artesia, CA we offer a secure facility for residents with Alzheimer's, dementia, behavior problems and stabilized mental illness. We also offer a range of rehabilitation services, medical care, and nursing home services. Seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals at Artesia Palms Care Center, a 296 secured bed skilled nursing facility. The LVN will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents with Alzheimer's, dementia, behavior problems and stabilized mental illness, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, assisting with daily living activities, documenting progress, and maintaining a safe environment. Requirements include an active LVN license in California, experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings, excellent clinical and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency with electronic medical records. The position is full-time, night shift from 11 PM to 7:30 AM on a 4 days on, 2 days off rotation schedule, with competitive salary from $40.00 per hour and benefits including 401(k) matching, health, dental, and vision insurance.
