Clearwater Newport Beach is a premier luxury senior living community in Newport Beach offering assisted living services with a focus on quality care, resident engagement, and maintaining physical and emotional health through coordinated nursing services, meaningful activities, and comprehensive care plans. The Health Services Director (LPN) will be an experienced, dynamic leader, with superb communication skills and a passion to serve. The Health Services Director serves as a liaison with hospital personnel, physicians, community organizations and other health related service agencies to provide quality care to our assisted living residents. Additionally, this role is responsible for hiring, training and managing a staff that is capable of providing superior care, while maintaining the physical and emotional health of residents, and in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations.
