Administer medications to residents safely and responsibly. Review and follow each care plan & determine any changes in residents' health. Perform all duties as assigned and in accordance with the facility's established policies and procedures. Must be able to relate to and work with ill and elderly. Must possess a sincere desire to serve the elderly, be patient and polite. Customer service issues. Incident reports. Resident assessments, etc. Duties may include additional documentation, treatment, and other duties as assigned.
