As a PRN RN at our Assisted Living Facility, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of residents through high-quality care that aligns with all applicable laws, regulations, and the philosophy of CRSS. You'll support the Resident Care Coordinator and collaborate with staff to maintain a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment. Key responsibilities include overseeing care provided by CMTs, ML1s, and CNAs; assessing residents' conditions and responding to changes promptly; communicating effectively with physicians and families; monitoring residents' physical and mental health, including chart reviews and care plans; maintaining confidentiality and upholding resident privacy; assisting with scheduling physician visits, clinics, and appointments; documenting and investigating incidents involving residents, staff, or visitors; identifying safety hazards and implementing timely corrective actions; encouraging family engagement and coordinating wellness activities; collaborating with team members to ensure consistent, quality care; supporting staff adherence to HR policies and procedures; and performing other duties as assigned.
