Capistrano Senior Living is a beautiful two-story senior living community that offers Assisted Living and Memory Care. Our community is just minutes away from the charming historic downtown San Juan Capistrano that features premier dining, shopping and entertainment. We also share our campus with the top-rated skilled nursing facility San Juan Hills Healthcare Center. CNA's provide routine daily care to assigned patients/residents in accordance with their clinical assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by a nurse/supervisor. Assists with patient personal care needs (bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, transfers, positioning, etc.) as trained and in accordance with all safety and other regulations. Aides with physician-ordered medications which are ordinarily self-administered (typically under the direction and supervision of a charge or Registered Nurse). Ensures patient safety and comfort in accordance with established policy and procedure. Monitors and reports on the health conditions of assigned patients ensuring quality services are provided.
