TROY MANOR, located in Troy, Missouri is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. Registered Nurse (RN) position providing nursing care to patients including administering medications and treatments, preparing for diagnostic procedures, reinforcing health care instructions, participating in care planning, assisting with patient admission/transfer/discharge, observing and reporting vital signs and symptoms, maintaining patient comfort and safety, and assisting with unit management. Requires RN licensure and prefers 1 year of experience.
