Job Description
We are a 94-bed skilled nursing facility located in a quiet neighborhood. RN Charge Nurse position for the 11-7 (NOC) shift at a 94-bed skilled nursing facility. Duties include medication pass for residents, completing assessments and documentation, assessing residents for changes of condition, supervising C.N.A.s, and ensuring quality of care. Qualifications include current and unobstructed California RN License, 1 year of SNF experience preferred, ability to work independently and as a team, and good communication skills.
