The Medication Technician is responsible for documenting, delivering and administering medicines to residents as prescribed by physician(s) with superior customer service and in accordance with all policies, procedures, government regulators and guidelines. Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily medications and treatments, observing and documenting medication ingestion, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with pharmacy and physicians, tracking medication orders, participating in narcotic counts, responding to resident needs promptly, and assisting with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals, and transportation.
