The Certified Nurse Assistant (C.N.A.)/Med-Tech position involves accurately and safely preparing, administering, and documenting oral and/or topical medications for residents; measuring, recording, and reporting vital signs; assisting residents with activities of daily living, grooming, housekeeping, toileting, showers and baths; assisting residents in preparing for medical tests and social programs; observing and reporting changes in resident conditions including pressure areas, skin breakdowns, and injuries; and transporting residents to appointments and programs as necessary.
