We serve more than 4,000 seniors across our San Fernando Valley campuses, delivering personalized care tailored to each individual's needs, from independent living to specialized healthcare programs. Assist residents with ambulatory training and mobility support. Participate in the feeding program, implementing structured techniques. Engage in the Activities of Daily Living (ADL) program. Demonstrate skill and tact in resident interaction and communication. Review care plans to ensure appropriate restorative nursing care is provided. Observe and report any pressure areas, skin breakdowns, injuries, and skin tears to prevent decubitus ulcers. Monitor and report changes in room temperature, ventilation, and lighting. Record all required entries in a timely manner on flow sheets. Inventory and label resident's personal possessions. Assist residents with daily dental and oral hygiene care. Provide assistance with bath functions. Assist with hair care and nail care. Weigh and measure residents, and record vital signs. Participate in fire/safety programs and First Aid/CPR training. Follow established safety protocols using necessary safety equipment when lifting or moving residents.
