MDS Coordinator Applicant should have training and experience with MDS RAI process and able to stay up on the latest PDPM and other related process and able to implement processes in order to stay CMS compliant. Facility has Matirxcare for electronic charting and MDS submission. Electronic training and implementation is wanted and recommended but not required. Registered Nurse (RN) for DAY SHIFT (7a-3p), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Day (7a-3p) EVENING SHIFT (3p-11p), (11p-7a) NIGHT SHIFT, Certified Medication Technician (CMT) for Day (7a-3p) EVENING SHIFT (3p-11p), Certified Nurses' Assistant (CNA) for ALL SHIFTS (7a-3p), (3p-11p), (11p-7a).
