It is a locally-owned assisted living and memory care facility that provides clinical care and support services to residents with a dedicated nursing staff and team of CNAs and CMTs. Charge Nurse (RN or LPN) serving as night shift clinical leader (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) at an Assisted Living & Memory Care facility in St. Louis, MO, responsible for overseeing clinical care and leading CNAs/CMTs. Key responsibilities include clinical leadership and mentoring of support staff, conducting timely clinical assessments and accurate documentation, managing narcotic and psychotropic drug records, responding to clinical emergencies, maintaining regulatory compliance with state and federal standards, and performing CMT duties when necessary. Requires valid and unencumbered RN or LPN license in Missouri, minimum 1 year experience as RN or LPN, flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays, and reliable transportation.
