Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspect of nursing; provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards; initiate and lead individualized nursing care plans; assess and document resident's condition and nursing needs; accurately and promptly implement physicians' orders; assign nursing care to team members; administer medications; start IVs and perform treatments; document treatments; ensure supplies are utilized economically and equipment is maintained safely; perform other duties as assigned.
