In this rewarding position, you'll provide compassionate physical and emotional support to our residents, creating a warm and nurturing environment that enhances their quality of life. You'll help residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming while ensuring their comfort and dignity, keep a watchful eye on residents for any signs of distress following safety protocols, record resident care and changes in condition accurately, work with nursing staff and fellow caregivers to address residents' needs, organize and participate in activities that boost residents' physical and emotional well-being, and uphold residents' confidentiality and privacy according to company policy and HIPAA regulations.
