Cedarhurst of St. Charles seeks a service-minded, career-oriented individual to join as a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for residents. The role involves working with the Director of Nursing and care staff to promote residents' physical, personal, and emotional well-being, with the goal of helping residents reach maximum self-care and independence. Requirements include graduation from an accredited School of Nursing with current state license, 1+ years of nursing experience, current CPR certification, availability for rotating weekends, knowledge of dementia care, ability to lift up to 50lbs independently and 200lbs with assistance, and knowledge of state and federal nursing regulations.
