As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will assist and provide direction to residents with personal care needs which enable the resident to maintain good personal hygiene, to carry out activities of daily living, to maintain good health, and to participate in the activities of the community. You will impact the lives of residents by assisting with personal care needs including grooming, hygiene, and dressing; answering signal lights and intercoms; taking and recording vital signs and intake/output; transporting and repositioning residents; changing bed linens and assisting with housekeeping; helping residents with dining and activities; listening to resident concerns; promoting physical, personal, and emotional wellbeing; ensuring effective communication with families; working well with others; and performing other assigned duties.
