Job Description

Manage discharges: complete documentation, notify physician and guardian, and arrange transportation. Provide wound care: follow protocols, irrigate, pack, and remove dressings. Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and policies. Respond effectively to emergency situations.
