Concierge CNA role at Sherbrooke Village involving room checks to ensure tour and move-in readiness, identifying and preparing for pending admissions and discharges in coordination with marketing, admissions, and social services departments, reviewing daily menus, answering call lights, scheduling and attending 72-hour admission meetings with families, assisting dietary and nursing staff, maintaining neat lounge areas, managing a resident discharge success board, answering resident and family questions, notifying residents of facility activities, checking room equipment, ensuring room cleanliness, and performing additional assigned duties; requires Missouri CNA licensure, high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of experience, and organizational and basic computer skills.
