The Director of Resident Care plans, implements, directs, and monitors effective Assisted Living and Memory Care systems in accordance with Spectrum's philosophy, policies, resident rights, and state regulations. They use effective interpersonal communication and leadership skills to motivate team members in providing quality care and services to promote and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Main responsibilities include directing resident well-being according to State regulations, maintaining knowledge of state regulations and policies, recruiting and supervising caregiving team members, coordinating the resident admission process, and ensuring appropriate delivery of services as identified in resident care plans.
