As an LPN with The Laurels of Gahanna, you will work as part of a team providing skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation care to our valued guests. Responsibilities include supervising care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants and other team members, providing nursing care to residents, administering medications, assessing resident health and notifying physicians of status changes, developing and implementing care plans, and selecting appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize conditions and prevent complications. Qualifications include 1-3 years of experience in long-term care preferred but not required, current Licensed Practical Nurse licensure in the state, and CPR certification.
