As a Registered Nurse (RN) at The Laurels of West Columbus, you have the opportunity to use your nursing skills and become a leader. Responsibilities include: supervise the care/services provided by LPNs, STNAs, and other team members; provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions; assess guest health and notify physicians of status changes; develop and implement plans of care; select and institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize conditions and prevent complications; and contribute to guest assessments and care plan development. Qualifications required: current RN licensure in state, CPR certification, and preferred 1-3 years experience in long-term care setting.
