The role involves supervising and providing nursing care in compliance with facility policies, making advanced-level observations, developing comprehensive care plans, managing medications, supervising nursing assistants, communicating professionally with residents and staff, documenting resident information, adhering to resident rights, and ensuring resident safety. Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school, have one to two years of experience, possess good communication and computer skills, and hold a current Ohio Nurse License.
