As a Night Shift Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to clients during the night hours. Your role will involve ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of those in your care while monitoring their health and assisting with various daily activities. Key responsibilities include providing personal care services such as assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting; monitoring client health and reporting changes; assisting with mobility and transfers; preparing meals; administering medication; engaging clients in activities; maintaining clean environments; documenting care activities; and communicating with family members and healthcare teams. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, previous caregiving experience, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, basic first aid and CPR certification preferred, and passing background checks and drug screening. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and move clients safely, stand and walk for extended periods, and have good vision and hearing.
