As a Night Shift Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to clients during the night hours. Your role will involve ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of those in your care while monitoring their health and assisting with various daily activities. This position requires a compassionate individual who can work independently and effectively communicate with the healthcare team and family members. Key responsibilities include providing personal care services such as assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting; monitoring client health and well-being; assisting with mobility and transfers; preparing meals; administering medication; engaging clients in meaningful activities; maintaining a clean and safe environment; documenting care activities; and communicating with family members and healthcare teams.
