The facility cares for both residents and staff, providing medication administration and supportive care to residents with routine daily care in accordance with established departmental policies and procedures, quality assurance, safety, environmental and infection control standards, while incorporating a philosophy of quality care with total regard for individual human dignity. The CMT provides medication administration to residents under the direction of the nursing staff. Provides supportive and functional care to residents with routine daily care in accordance with established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance, safety, environmental and infection control standards. The CMT acts with integrity and in the best interest of St. Agnes Home and identifies instances of non-compliance and takes appropriate action. The CMT strives to incorporate the philosophy and mission of St. Agnes Home and to incorporate the goal of quality care in a personal manner with total regard for the individual human dignity.
