It is a peaceful, loving, clean, family-oriented environment where care is provided for residents with total regard for individual human dignity, offering services through Certified Nurse Assistants who perform various resident care activities and maintain established departmental policies, procedures, quality assurance, safety, environmental and infection control standards. Certified Nurse Assistants are responsible to perform various resident care activities and related services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of the residents. The Certified Nurse Assistant maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance, safety, environmental and infection control standards. The Certified Nurse Assistant acts with integrity and in the best interest of St. Agnes Home and identifies instances of non-compliance and takes appropriate action. The Certified Nurse Assistant strives to incorporate the philosophy and mission of St. Agnes Home and to incorporate the goal of quality care in a personal manner with total regard for the individual human dignity.
