Key responsibilities include helping individuals with daily activities from personal care to meal prep while encouraging independence, leading fun and engaging community ventures and recreational activities, working with individuals to set and achieve personal goals, forming lasting relationships with individuals and their families, and keeping detailed records to contribute to personalized care plans.
