The Director of Wellness, Quality and Education is responsible for providing clinical expertise and for partnering with the Vice Presidents (VPs) of Operations, Sales, Dining Services, and Lifestyle, Executive Directors (EDs), and Resident Services Directors (RSDs) to ensure excellent resident services, high occupancy, and high resident and associate satisfaction. Responsibilities include filling in as RSD or ARSD when vacant or during extended absences, supporting implementation of resident services policies and procedures, conducting routine quality audits through site visits and mock surveys to ensure compliance with Company standards and state and federal regulations, and analyzing resident and clinical reports to assess trends and participate in process improvement plans and initiatives.
